This is the water treatment plant they built. The cows in the area had been dying because of contaminated water, so they built this plant. Unfortunately, it does not make the water safe enough to drink, or even wash your clothes in. All I could think as we talked about it was: "half-assed job!" The chemist who looks after it really hoped that one day they would be able to expand it, but didn't know when.
